The West Broadway Business & Area Coalition (WBC), in partnership with the Northside Economic Opportunity Network (NEON), invites the community to shop local at “Black Friday on Broadway,” a two-day holiday shopping experience celebrating North Minneapolis entrepreneurs, artists and makers.
Don’t miss it: Friday, November 28 (3-7 p.m.) and Saturday, November 29 (11 a.m.-5 p.m.) at the Capri Theater, 2027 West Broadway Ave.
This family-friendly marketplace will feature fashion, beauty, art, home goods, live music, food vendors and giveaways, all showcasing the creativity and economic power of the Northside.
“Big box stores don’t build community — people do,” says Kristel Porter, Executive Director of WBC. “Black Friday on Broadway flips the script by keeping our dollars where they belong: in the hands of our neighbors, makers, and dreamers right here on the Northside.”
